When will my Leads be Delivered?
Delivery of your leads is generally within 24 to 48 hours. We strive to deliver your leads the same day as your order, but it may can take longer depending upon demand, time of day, and day of the week.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card. Our online payments and information are kept secure using 128-bit encryption using 3rd party monitoring through Verisign, Authorize.net, and McAfee Secure.

How many times do you sell your leads?
Our leads are semi-exclusive. This means they may be sold up to three times. Most leads are sold only once or twice, but could be sold a third time as an aged lead. We do not sell the same leads to anyone within the same company, so you have exclusive use of your leads within your company.
Can I call these leads?
Of course you can do what you'd like with teh leads, but we do not recommend you call these leads. They were generated for email marketing and have not had their phone numbers verified or authenticated. How are the leads generated?
It depends upon the lead. Our email leads, custom email leads, and coregistration leads are generated through a home business coregistration offer.

Do you have monthly autoship or auto renewals?
All leads are one-time only purchases. If you know you are going to order on a regular basis, we can arrange an autoship with you, receiving your email leads at a discount. Many companies make autoship automatic, hoping you will forget to cancel and charge you for more leads. With Pro Email Leads, autoship is optional only, and is never a requirement for leads purchases.
The benefits of autoship are to save money on your order, and to put your recruiting and business building on automatic pilot.
Do you offer a Guarantee?
No. In standing behind the quality of our leads, we have created "entry level price points" for each leads package we offer to eliminate or minimize your financial risk as you test our leads. As Clint Eastwood said, "If you want a guarantee, go buy a toaster."
Essentially, in the world of email marketing, there are too many variables that can cause a lead to be undeliverable, even with a good email address. We cannot control things like spam filters, black listings, ISP blocking, nor the content and subject lines of the emails you create. This is one of the reasons we provide additional leads and lists in such large quantities, to help overcome any undeliverable emails you may have.
Do you Replace Bad Leads?
We have found that the simplest way to cover invalid leads is to give all orders 50% more leads. This means less administration on your part and ours, rather than having to check each lead that has been reported invalid. This ultimately keeps our costs down, which in turn keeps the cost of leads lower.
All email leads receive a minimum 50% overage to cover invalid records, non-deliverables, etc. No further replacements are offered.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
